Andi's Computer Graphics Projects

These projects are from Fine Arts 265: Computer Graphics, which I took in the fall of my sophomore year at Penn.

The first is called Alphabet Soup. We were required to use every letter of the alphabet in a black, white, and gray design.

I refer to the next project as Mr. Windex. We had to copy an object, first in black and white, then using shades of gray, and then using color.

Here is my personal logo, Ms. GUI-tar. It's not a final copy however...the final one had frets!

For the next project, we had to take a photograph and a painting and merge them using the program, Painter. Here's the picture I used...I took it at Arches National Park in Utah a few summers ago.

Here's the painting I used, painted by Marsden Hartley.

And here's the computer painting I created.

This is my self-portrait. The text on the label in the bottom right corner reads, "I celebrate myself, and sing myself,/ And what I assume you shall assume,/ For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you./ ...And of these and all I weave the song of myself."-Walt Whitman
